Flagged Content Review Process
Once content is flagged Super Admins and users with the “Admin Flagged Content” permission will receive an email notification. The email includes a copy of the 'Flag Content for Review' form, details of who flagged the content and when, as well as links to helpful articles if it is decided that action is necessary (edit or delete the content).
Flagged content remains visible on the Social Feed until reviewed and action is taken. As a reviewer, if you decide that a recognition should be removed from the social feed you may do either of the following:
- Delete the recognition (for Super Admins): Follow the steps in the Deleting Recognitions support article to remove a recognition. Keep in mind that any associated point values will be returned to the budget from which they were allocated.
- Impersonate the Recognition Giver: If your role lacks permissions to delete recognitions directly, use the User Impersonation feature to access the recognition giver’s account and edit or remove the content.
There is no current notification back to users who originally flagged the content. If you would like to inform them of the status of the review, or any related actions, please communicate with them directly.
