As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance security, efficiency, and automation, Awardco is transitioning away from legacy file upload solutions. By then end of 2025, all user file uploads must be completed through Awardco SFTP or an HRIS integration.

 

To ensure a seamless transition, we encourage you to set up your new file transfer method as soon as possible. Our preferred solution, Awardco SFTP, provides a secure and automated way to manage user data, making it easier than ever to integrate with your HRIS system.

 

Improved Alternatives for Uploading User Files

  1. Awardco SFTP

    • Awardco SFTP is our preferred, secure, and efficient method for transferring user data. It allows for easy, automated imports from your HRIS system with minimal setup. Launched in 2024, many of our customers are already benefiting from its reliability and automation. If you're not yet using it, now is a great time to make the switch.   2. HRIS Integrations

    • Keep your employee information up-to-date automatically with Awardco’s HRIS integrations. We support a wide range of HRIS platforms like ADP Workforce Now, BambooHR, Workday, and more. By integrating your HRIS with Awardco, you can automate updates, save time, and reduce manual tasks. Explore all our HRIS integration options here.

 

What Should You Do Next?

Before January 2026:

  • Review the alternatives above to determine the best solution for your organization.
  • Reach out to your Client Success Manager (CSM) or the Technical Client Success Manager (TCSM) team if you have any questions or need assistance getting set up with one of these methods.
  • Once your new integration is set up, please request that your existing SFTP configurations be deprecated by the Awardco team.
