By offering a wide selection of products, you can significantly enhance the redemption experience for your users. This guide will walk you through the steps to create and manage a Best Buy catalog, including how to make it accessible through an Award Network.

Best Buy’s unlimited quantity feature means popular products remain accessible for employees to redeem at any time. If an item is available, it will always show up on the platform, offering a smoother experience for users.
- Direct Fulfillment: Users can order products from a curated catalog, which are then shipped directly to their specified addresses.
Adding Best Buy as a Redemption Option
To add Best Buy as a redemption option within your Awardco platform, follow these steps:
- Select the 'Admin' button at the top right of the homepage.
- Click the 'Settings' tab.
- Click 'Award Networks' on the left-hand side.
- Click 'Add Option' and select 'Add Option."
- Search for Best Buy and click "Setup New."
- Check the box underneath 'Enable this Option' to automatically connect your redemption account as the payment method for this Award Option upon setup.
- Note: This feature streamlines the Award Option setup process. Get in touch with your TCSM or CSM if you have any questions.
- Once added, Best Buy will appear as an available Award Option.
- Click on "Best Buy" in the "Award Options" tab to edit any option settings.
Making Best Buy Available in an Award Network
After adding Best Buy as a redemption option, you need to enable it within the specific Award Network(s) where you want your users to be able to redeem points for Best Buy items. Here’s how:
- Navigate to Admin Settings > Settings > Award Networks.
- Click on the tile of the Award Network you want to edit.
- In the 'Basic Settings & Options' tab, locate the 'Award Options' section.
- Toggle the Best Buy award option 'On' to make it available for redemption within this Award Network.
- Click the caret icon next to the Best Buy option to select the countries where this option will be active (ensure 'United States' is selected).
- Click 'Save' to apply your changes.
You can repeat this process for each Award Network where you want to offer Best Buy as a redemption choice.
To validate the end-user experience, exit the Admin settings, click the 'Spend Points' tab from the homepage header, and you should now see Best Buy as a redemption option within the Award Network(s) you configured.
