Receiving recognition for something completed two months ago doesn’t have quite the same impact as receiving it immediately. While approval processes are sometimes needed, they can weaken the power of recognition. Approval reminder emails are a great way to help remove that bottleneck. To begin configuration, log into your account and navigate to the configuration page by clicking "Admin" > "Settings" > "Approval".
Toggle Approver Reminders 'on.' Now, users who have approvals in their queue will be prompted every Monday on a weekly basis with an email in their inbox.
