Integrating Workday Payroll with Awardco offers several benefits to your organization:

How to Implement

To initiate your integration with Workday (Payroll), follow these steps:

  1. Log into Awardco using your admin credentials.
  2. Click the Admin button at the top right of the screen to access the admin portal.
  3. In the admin portal, click the Settings tab at the top of the page.
  4. On the left-hand side menu, select Integrations.
  5. In the Integrations Library, search for Workday (Payroll).
  6. Once located, click Request Details to begin the process.

After submitting your request, the Awardco Connect team will:

  • Discuss Integration Requirements: Review the necessary details and credentials required to connect Workday with Awardco.
  • Build the Integration: Configure the integration to ensure seamless data flow between Awardco and your Workday payroll system, aligned with your payroll processes.
  • Collaborate on Testing: Work with your team to test and verify the integration, ensuring it functions as expected and meets your payroll needs.
  • Move to Production: Once testing is complete and the integration is verified, it will go live, automating the data import process for smooth payroll management.
