This report helps you understand how to access reports surrounding Budgets Incoming Details and Budget Outgoing Summary. In these reports you can see how much was added to which budget and by whom. If you have cost centers assigned, information regarding each center will also be available.
Quick Fix
- Log In to your account
- Select the Admin button at the bottom of the left navigation menu
- Select the Reports tab
- Click on All Reports at the top of the list
- Click on Legacy
- Click on Budget Incoming Details or Budget Outgoing Summary
- Set the desired parameters
- Click Show or Export
Step by Step Instructions
- Log in to your account.
- Select the Admin button at the bottom of the left navigation menu and you'll be taken to your Dashboard. Click on the Reports tab. Click on All Reports at the top of the list.

You will be taken to a list of available reports. Click on Legacy at the top of the page.

Click on Budget Incoming Details or Budget Outgoing Summary.
- Next, set the parameters of the dates you want the report to cover (e.g. weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) by adjusting the Start Date and the End Date of the Filters.
- You can also narrow the Report down by Group; just click on which group you want to run the Report for. If you don't choose a group, then the Report will pull and display data from your entire organization.
- You can also decide to include Archived Users. If you don't include the Archived Users, the report will be run for all of your active users in the group you selected.
- Once you've selected the parameters of the Report, click Show to view it.
Your report will load below the search parameters. The list will show you all of the Debits and Deposits from your budgets starting at the earliest date in your search parameters. You can adjust your search parameters and reload different versions of the budgets report.
