This article helps you, as an admin, to set a standard shipping address for all orders made by users in your recognition platform.

Log In to you account. Click Admin > Settings > Addresses > Upload CSV
Step by Step Instructions
Log In to Your Account.
Once you click Admin you'll be taken to your Dashboard. Click on Settings and select Addresses.
Here you will have the ability to control where employees will be able to have their redemptions sent. You can either choose to have them ship to the company directly, or to their own addresses. The default settings allow the user to have their orders sent to the address of their choosing. Toggle Company on both Shipping Addresses and Shipping Name to have all orders made sent to your company's address. To specify this address, select Upload CSV. Fill out the downloaded csv file with your name, the address key (address name), and address information. Once completed upload the file.
Now, all orders will be sent to the address listed in Shipping Addresses settings and users will not have the option to enter or edit a shipping address during the redemption process.
