Maintain a custom and personal feel with your company branding by leveraging Transactional Email Templates. Transactional emails are automatically sent when certain actions are taken in the platform. Examples of transactional emails are order confirmation, password reset, gift card delivery, etc. While these emails are not customizable, the emails will automatically generate your organization's logo at the top of the email, and will maintain your organization's custom branding. In the screenshots below, the "Placeholder" logo is used in place of your organization's logo. These email templates do not use sample data so you will see in these examples the variable tags used by the platform (like {{CompanyURL}}. These variable tags will populate with your organization's information automatically when you send them.

Account Activation
This email is generated when a new account in created in the platform.
Amazon Gift Card
This template is used to deliver the card details for Amazon gift cards ordered by the user.
Amazon Shipping Notification
This email template is sent once Awardco receives confirmation that the Amazon order placed in the platform has shipped. Clicking "Track Package" will take the user into their account's "Orders" page where they will be able to view attached tracking information.
Cash Order Notification
This email is sent to platform administrators when an employee cashes out their points. This is configured by linking an email address to the cash-out catalog in the platform. If you run system reporting to identify users who utilize the cash-out option, this email notification may not be necessary.
Comment Notification
This is the template sent to award participants when a comment is submitted on one of the recognitions of which they are either the sender or recipient. This email is only generated when a comment is submitted in the platform and will not be used when a comment is submitted through the communication channels integrations.
eGift Card Delivery
These email templates are used to deliver egift cards to platform users. The template used depends on the option being redeemed in the platform. Each vendor is assigned to one of these templates depending on the information that needs to be communicated in the email.
Amazon eGift Card
Financial Status Notification
If your cash balance in your Awardco account falls under a certain amount, as discussed in the overdraft protection article, designated system administrators may receive this email notifying them of the low account balance.
Import Error Notification
This email template can be sent to system administrators when there is a problem importing data into your Awardco recognition platform. The row containing the problematic data and the error message for that row will be displayed in the email.
New User Login Credential Delivery
This email can be sent to new users when their account is created. One thing to note, this email contains the login credentials while the activation email template above contains only a link that will assist users in accessing their account.
Order Confirmation
This email template is sent to users immediately after their orders are placed in the platform. The information contained in the email may provide additional details on the delivery timing of their order.
Password Reset
This is the email sent to users who click the "Forgot Password?" link on the platform login page.
Store Order Notification
This email is sent to the system administrator or user who is in charge of managing the company store. For example, if you use a third-party provider or fulfill your company "swag" store internally, this email will be sent to the person listed in the platform as the point of contact for fulfillment on this option.
Teammate Recognition Notification
This email is sent to users who have enabled teammate notifications in their account. If the users have profile pictures loaded into the platform, those images will be shown in this template.
