Financial Treatment
Most financial processes are the same for all clients no matter the location. Regarding transactional tax on redemption items, there are some differences for countries outside the US. This article contains information on invoicing and addresses frequently asked questions concerning value-added tax.
Purchasing Power Parity (PPP)
PPP allows employees in multiple countries to receive equitable reward by adjusting the purchasing power to match local currency values. Read the article here.

Platform - Platform widget translates web page (Google Asset)
Emails - Transaction Emails are static and we have translations for those; Custom Emails should be translated from the clients end, or Awardco can translate them for a fee.
