The Swag Store contains a preset catalog of high-quality items that are print on demand. Once enabled and configured, the swag store redemption option is displayed alongside your platform’s other redemption options and will operate much the same. Employees can browse the available items in the store and use their points to make purchases.

The Swag Store is available internationally except for the following locations below. This list of restricted countries may change depending on world events.
- Belarus
- Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
- Cuba
- Ecuador
- Iran
- Ivory Coast
- North Korea
- Russia
- Syria
- The Gaza Strip region in Palestine
Please note that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine. For now, we’re only able to ship products fulfilled in our Latvian facilities.
Pricing
Company Store requires an annual subscription and is based on the number of logos in use. This cost includes implementation, a standard sample kit, and maintenance of your Company Store.
Setup
Setup typically takes 4-6 weeks as it includes item selection, store creation, and an approval process. To start the process, please reach out to your Awardco point of contact.
Order Timing and Shipping
- Orders are typically received 3-6 weeks from when they are placed.
- Tracking information will be available in the orders area of the individual’s Awardco account once the order is shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
- All sales on the swag store are final.
- In extenuating circumstances, such as receiving a defective or damaged product, exceptions can be made.
- For help returning an item if it is defective or damaged, reach out to the Awardco Support team.
Payment
Items can be redeemed through the swag store using points in the platform or a card if the Purchase Points feature is enabled.
Some employees may have to pay customs fees when receiving an order outside of the US. Unfortunately, our vendors cannot pass customs fees to Awardco, and the unpredictability of these fees prevents us from including them in point pricing. As a result, the end user must pay them. If a client wants to reimburse its employees, the client must facilitate it directly. We are working with our vendors to provide a better solution, but Awardco currently cannot cover customs fees.
