This article will help you to leverage the power of the "Queues" Tab, particularly to have a purview of upcoming MemoryBooks being released for your direct reports.
Please note, in order to use MemoryBooks, service award automation must be enabled on your platform. Due to the extensive custom configuration required to enable the MemoryBook feature, only Awardco Client Success Managers are able to enable the MemoryBook feature. To start building out your organization's MemoryBooks, please speak with your Client Success Manager.
Managing Pending MemoryBooks
When in the pending view, the manager will be able to see the upcoming anniversary awards for their direct reports, the number of people who have been invited to submit a comment, the number of people who have submitted a comment, and when expanded, what was said in the teammate comment.
From this expanded view of the individual anniversary award, the manager has the ability to resend the email invitation should the user lose or delete the original invitation email.
We encourage total participation in the MemoryBook process and recommend managers frequently review the queue and remind all participants to comment on their peer's MemoryBooks. This ensures the best experience possible with MemoryBooks and further progresses your organization's goals for outstanding employee recognition.
Creating One-Off MemoryBooks
If you have permission to create one-off MemoryBooks, you can do so directly from the MemoryBook queue page:

Look for the "Create One-Off MemoryBook" button located on the MemoryBook queue page
- Select the recipient of the MemoryBook
- Choose the template to use
- Specify when the book should be given to the recipient

Set the visibility options

Click "Next" to review a summary of the MemoryBook details. Click "Create Event."

Once created, you can copy and share the link to comment or add your own comment
Note: If MemoryBook notifications are disabled, One-off MemoryBooks will not automatically invite team members to comment. Contact your administrator if you need automatic teammate invitations to be enabled.
The one-off MemoryBook will appear in your queues and in the Upcoming Milestones widget like any other MemoryBook.
