Awardco offers a smooth and secure integration with Deel HR, making it easy to populate your employee data in Awardco and keep it up to date. Speak to Deel here.
Warning: If you already have employee data in your platform, please confirm that the Employee IDs you will be using in your new data feed are consistent with your current user data. Failure to do so can result in duplication of users, recognition errors, and loss of data integrity.
Follow these steps to use the integration:
- Navigate to the integration in Awardco by logging in as an admin and going to Admin→Settings→Integrations→Deel HR
- Click “Begin Setup”
- The setup wizard will appear. First, you’ll need to enter your Deel Organization Token, and click “Connect”.
- Once connected, you’ll then need to decide whether you’d like to Archive employees in Awardco when they are made inactive in Deel (we recommend setting this to “Archive).
- Next, you’ll need to decide whether your employees’ email addresses in Deel should override any email address an they enter in Awardco (if you’re allowing your employees to update their email address in Awardco, we recommend turning the override off).
- Then, you’ll need to decide how frequently you would like to import your employee’s information (we recommend doing this as frequently as you think is necessary).
- Lastly, you’ll be able to run a manual import or wait until later (we recommend running an import to populate your user data and ensure the integration is working properly).
- If your import is successful and you are ready for the integration to begin running automatically, you can click “Start Automatic Imports”. Otherwise, you can pause them for now.
- You should now be ready to use the Deel integration and can edit your settings anytime from the “Connection Settings” tab on the Deel integration page in Awardco.

Q: Can I import any other fields with this integration?
A: Not at this time. The fields above are the only fields currently supported by this integration, and they are all automatically imported.
Q: What is the “Do Not Archive” field in Advanced Settings?
A: These are users (User ID’s) who are not archived if they exist in Awardco but are inactive or do not exist in Deel.
