If you're an Awardco Admin and your organization is utilizing the Bot Microsoft Teams Integration, follow these steps to have recognitions post back to a designated public channel in Teams.
Note: For a more comprehensive in-app experience, consider using the Microsoft Bundle Integration. Unlike the bot-based integration described in this article, the bundle integration provides full access to the Awardco platform directly within Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Microsoft 365. While the bundle offers integration with all three applications, you can choose to implement Awardco in just Teams.
- In Awardco, go to Admin > Settings > Integrations Library > Microsoft Teams.
- Click Connect to establish the integration then pick the Team and Channel. If already connected but the Team or Channel is not showing, disconnect the integration then reconnect.
The channel will receive a notification that the integration was complete.
Any recognitions done through the Teams app or on the platform will post in this channel.
