Allow users in your organization to log into their recognition platform account via a temporary login code sent directly to their email. Reference this article for more information on this secure login option.
In addition to logging in via password or single sign-on (SSO), users are able to log in via a temporary login code sent directly to the email address registered to their account. This option can either be the primary login option or an alternative option alongside logging in via password or SSO. When enabled, the user attempting to log in will enter their email address, username, or employee Id, click “Continue”, and receive an email with a 6 digit temporary code they can use to login.

Notes:
- Login codes are valid for 10 minutes and can only be used one time.
- If your organization has the login code option alongside password and/or SSO login options, the user will be presented with the option to login via all options enabled, and only when selecting the login via login will they receive an email with the login code
- If a secondary email address is on record, the user has the option to receive the temporary code either on their primary or secondary email.
