Previously, it was harder to keep track of uploaded item redemptions in custom catalogs. With the Client Fulfillment report, admins and contacts in charge of fulfilling these items can now generate reports to view all information regarding these redemptions in one place. This article will explain filters you can apply to narrow down specific data points, and how to interpret the data visualizations provided. Click here for a downloadable sample report.

Once you’ve selected your preferred filters, select “Run the Report” to display the data. If you’d like to export the data in a .csv format, select “Export”. If you’d like to save these search parameters, select “Save View” and enter a name for your saved view. The next time you access the Client Fulfillment report you can access this saved view in the drop-down menu at the top right. If you “star” or favorite a saved view, it will be the default report that loads first and runs automatically. If you'd like a saved view to be sent to your email on a regular cadence, please visit our Sending Scheduled Reports article to find out more on how to configure this option.
Now that you’ve run the report, you’ll see below several data visualizations and graphs. The following sections will explain each and help you interpret engagement trends and recognition program usage.
Total Orders and Total Points Spent
This section displays two data points: the total number of orders made in the filtered time period, and the amount of points spent on those orders.
Trend Graph
The data visualization here displays redemption trends of client fulfilled items in the form of a line graph. The X axis represents the time period selected in the data filters. The Y axis reflects the number of redemptions for client fulfilled items on the presented day, week, month, year etc. The solid line shows real time data and the dotted line represents data from the previous time period. Hover over different points on the line to view pop up windows that display numerical data from the graph
Summarized By Graph
This section shows a pie chart that summarizes redemption data of client fulfilled items from different filter categories presented in the drop-down menu to the right of the graph title. The initial filter applied here is Award Item. This view provides insight into the top client fulfilled items redeemed.
If we look at the drop-down we’ll see we can select from a list of the filters we applied. If we select “Catalog”, the orders by catalog are shown.
Exporting Charts and Graphs
If you'd like to export any chart, graph, or data visualization as a single PNG image, click on the circular icon at the top right of any graph.
Source Data
At the bottom of the page you’ll find the raw data that the data visualizations draw from above. If you were to export the report to a .csv/JSON file, this is the same format you would find. Use the search bar to search for keywords such as employee names, catalogs, and item categories.
