The following article will explain how to send a bulk recognition file via SFTP. This feature is especially useful for automating recognitions based on criteria tracked in other platforms outside of Awardco. Here you'll find a sample bulk recognition file.
Note: Please consider sending a bulk recognition via Bulk Recognition Builder before pursuing this option.
File Upload via SFTP
- Use the provided credentials file and an SFTP client, SFTP compatible HRIS, or command line to log into ftp.awardco.com.
- Transfer the Bulk Recommendations file into the /BulkRecs directory.
These steps can often be automated in an HRIS to generate and transfer the file on a schedule
Confirmation
Your Client Success Manager will be notified of any failures during the upload process. To confirm the recognitions on your file have been added to the queue:
- Log into Awardco.
- Navigate to the Admin portal.
- Open the Queues tab. Your newly uploaded recognitions should be visible in the Pending tab. Recognitions will process according to the time and other parameters designated on the file.
